AFGC 33rd Annual Game Dinner and Dance will be held on Saturday, February 21st.
Tickets are $25 each and are available for purchase through caretakers (at clubhouse), Bob Lefebvre (604-378-1954) or Brent Lefebvre (604-798-0611).
Doors open at 6pm and dinner starts at 7pm. The theme this year is 50’s/60’s so time to dress up for a night out! Prizes for the best male/female costumes.
Door Prizes
If you would like to make a donation of a door prize to the club it would be much appreciated. In the past many local businesses and club members with their own businesses have graciously donated something to go towards this event. If you are able to help out in this aspect please call Brent Lefebvre at 604-798-0611. The club will also provide a charitable donation letter upon request.
Meat Donations
We are also in need of further meat and fish donations for the game dinner which can be dropped off at the clubhouse. If you are able to provide some meat please contact the caretakers or Brent.
Parking attendants needed
If you are planning to come to the game dinner and would like to help out with coordination of the parking this would count as your workbee requirments for the year (if you have already done this year’s you can have it credited for the upcoming renewal year). If you can help in this aspect please contact the caretakers or Brent.
