- Thanks to Clyde McLeod for looking after our duties at the club for our time away hunting.
- At Robs request, we ordered 60 sheets of plywood for the indoor range front wall replacement and had it delivered and tarped it against the weather.
- We also ordered from Coast Wholesale Appliance a 21 cu ft upright freezer that we will put in the kitchen where one of the fridges is now We got one with large metal shelves that will hold the meat donated for the game supper. It will be here late next week
- Taylor Doors will be installing the new doors on the ranges and repairing the front door of the clubhouse late next week
- Purchased the name tag for “Mark Porter” for the Lifetime member’s plaque
- ALL MEMBERS- please turn out ALL lights on ranges when you are the last one to leave- red/green and house lights do not go off automatically They need to be shut off at the switch
- General building maintenance and purchasing of supplies- we finally got the backordered pink “D-Lead soap” for the indoor washrooms
- Please make sure that the doors to the sign in boards are shut tight when you sign in or out as the rain destroys all the envelopes and they are all stuck together and therefore unusable
