• Building maintenance and monthly cleaning duties
  • Arranged the purchase, payment and delivery of all supplies for the work bee, including prizes and food. Thanks to all who came out and built 1000 target backers in a few hours. All who were there enjoy hotdogs. We also moved the freezer out of the lobby into the container
  • Sterling Cross picked up $1729 worth of brass
  • We trimmed all of the trees and branches on the bank above the modular and took 9 large truck loads of brush over to Johnny Kish’s property
  • Pressure washed the outside of the modular
  • We had the wood bin dumped and are filling it up again
  • Mowed lawns, picked up shotgun hulls and weed-eated. Sprayed roundup on gravel areas
  • Dickies came to redo the electrical panel in the trap house so had to contact our alarm company re power failure. They have connected power to walk way lights on the poles which are on timers. A couple of weeks ago they told us that the big LED lights for range 2 are in Canada but they didn’t know when they would be installed.
  • For the month of July, we have rentals on range 2 for 14 of the 20 weekdays and range 3 for all weekdays and we have been getting complaints from members who want to shoot on those ranges. I emailed Rob and told him of this and he said that he would not rent out any more days in July and August. Due to this the ranges are super busy in the evening and on the available days on the weekends.
  • Elite Fire Protection recertified all of the fire extinguishers and the back up batteries for emergency lights
  • Have scheduled National Vents to come and clean the kitchen vents and filters
  • Have been contact for Garden Angels (our gardeners) to deliver cheques to them for the soaker hoses and for the plants and installation
  • The gardeners have it set up with 6 soaker hoses in the garden and hoses to connect to the water intake at the clubhouse which have to be rotated to water all of the plants. There should have been an automatic water timer put on this as we were not to have any additional work due to these gardens when it was approved in the budget.
