Abbotsford Fish & Game Club – Privacy & Terms of Use

Abbotsford Fish & Game (AFGC) sub club members can login using their AFGC provided access codes in order to manage their specific sub-club areas. Sub club topics are generated by those members and AFGC does not have any direct or indirect affiliation with those sub-clubs other than their use of our facilities for various hosted events. We do not accept any responsibility for the content or materials generated and publicly posted on those sub-club areas.
Our events calendar might change any regular club schedules due to special events and bookings. Members may receive calendar updates of our scheduled hours or events. However, we do not represent or express any warranty that the third party calendaring system we use will transmit or update our events on a timely basis. Everyone is urged to verify schedules and events on our primary calendar located on our site.

AFGC Information Collection and Use
We do not collect personal information on AFGC other than what you might enter during your membership renewal. Please note that this is a third party payment system that we use in order to collect renewals for our members. We do not keep any of the information entered on those forms nor do we keep any of the credit card information our system once processed.
We do not log non-personally-identifiable information including IP addresses, general search behavior, and browser type, from our visitors. Search data, browser and device type such as mobile, tablet or computer desk or laptop is captured during each visit to our site for traffic analysis purposes. This data is used to manage our website, track usage and improve our website. Again this data is only retained during your visit and we do not keep a trailing history of this information.
This non-personally-identifiable information is not shared with any third-parties other than our search engines and third party services that we connect through our site. These services already capture this data for their use once you conduct a search or visit their services through our site. We have no control over how they retain, store or share this information with others.
Third Party Links
Because members can generate blogs and responses on our site through sub-clubs, they may attach links to other websites within those posts. AFGC is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices of those other web sites. Our privacy policy only governs information collected on AFGC site.
Third Party Advertising
We might introduce third party advertising, a buy and sell section or merchandise promotions in certain areas of our site in the future. In the event we start displaying advertising or promotional programs on our site, we will update all members of this section of our privacy policy and make visible an announcement of those intentions to start running advertising or promotions.
Security
Members may provide us with their email address to add and share our calendar events with their devices. We do take every precaution to insure that your email information is kept private and secured from online theft. We use reasonable measures to protect user information that is stored within our database. Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of each member or the continuous integrity of our third party hosting and database facilities where our information may also be stored. We cannot guarantee the security measures of those third party service providers. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of user information at any time.
Sharing and Disclosure of Collected Information.
Except as otherwise described in this privacy statement, AFGC will not disclose any personal information to any third party unless we believe that disclosure is necessary: (1) to conform to legal requirements or to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other legal process received by AFGC, whether or not a response is required by applicable law; (2) to enforce or to protect our rights as an organization; or (3) to protect the safety of other members or visitors to our service.
