We have had a very busy time out at the range with rentals and sub-clubs actively using the facilities.
The lawns have been mowed for the last time this year and all of the weed eating done We did another application of roundup a few weeks ago as everything is still so green with the warm weather we have had this fall.
All of the lawn mowing and gas powered equipment has been winterized and is ready for next spring.
The insurance claim repairs in modular kitchen are finally finished and Rob asked Rainbow Hobbies to make a bill to the club for rent of the fifth wheel trailer for the 11 weeks that we could not live in the modular so that he could submit it to the insurance company for payment.
We replaced the batteries in all of the smoke alarms in the clubhouse including the carbon monoxide units.
General maintenance and clean up of clubhouse and all ranges.
Emptied all brass bins and we are now able to burn garbage so replaced all shot up target backers with new ones and burnt old ones.
Opened up gates for geo-techs so they could dig 3 holes on range 2 and climb the mountain above the range to check on the creek.
The Bear Beware signs being made should be ready for next week.
We are replacing all the tattered core-plast signs which are for guest fees as they are falling apart.
We have had a number of members with guests that didn’t pay and we reported to Jack to send out a reminder letter to them.
Members when leaving at night are leaving all the lights on and in some cases the flood lights including the red and green lights.
Someone jammed the flood light controller on range #3 and I had to fix it.
Lots of members not picking up their brass and are just leaving it for someone else to pick up for them They are even leaving it on the tops of the shooting benches.
We have found more staples in the tables on range 2.
Thanks,
Dave & Linda Dunn
