The PPC Sub Club held its monthly matches through August, September, October and November with the August match being a nationally registered competition. We have had excellent turnouts with up to 15 competitors at a match. 6 of our shooters who are with the BC Sheriffs attended the World Police and Fire Games in Fairfax Virginia brining home several individual and team awards.
Two or our members attended the Washington State PPC Championships in Marysville Washington in July, both of which brought home medals and also were honoured with Washington State Governors Top 20 PPC shooter Certificates for their performance in 2014 competitions.
A strong turn out of Abbotsford PPC shooters competed in the Vancouver Island PPC Championships on Thanksgiving weekend in October bringing home multiple individual and team awards, including first Master and Expert four person team events.
Our December match to be held on the first Sunday of December is our annual turkey shoot with a full 1500 Revolver/semi-auto match as well as some fun competitions as well to wind up the 2015 shooting year. It has been a successful and safe year and we look forward to 2016.
