April’s IDF Tavor courses were well attended, with a lot of positive feedback expressed, both on course content, as well as the facility.
The instruction on the current IDF “Big Army Way” of training provided a completely different perspective, from the usual “Gunfighter” style typically taught on North American carbine courses.
I also sweat about 10 lbs off, between the running and positional shooting…..
A big “thanks”, to Erling, for the AV set up on Range 1; it worked extremely well, for the ‘classroom’ portion of the courses. Using steel for the target arrays worked very well- the instant feedback for hits allowed for a lot more time on the guns.
ATS is cancelled, for the month of May, as I’ll be shooting the BCRA Service Rifle shootes, at Vokes range, out in Chilliwack, through the weekend of 21/22 May.
