June was a successful month, for the CQB shooters. As well as having a Seraphim Armouries 1911 as the primary door prize, it was our largest shoot to date, with 53 shooters competing.

June’s ATS day had a few experienced shooters out which allowed a large number of movement and team drills to be practiced. A good time was had by all, particularly as the weather cooperated.
Upcoming training events are a Tavor 101 course, instructed by an ex IDF small arms guru 04-05 August, as well as a Vehicle Course, 24-25 September, put on by Civil Advantage.
July’s ATS day is 24 July, the day after the AFG Open House. Course of fire to be determined, but bring the standard 250 rounds for pistol/ carbine/ shotgun.
