The amnesty order that was set to expire at the end of October for our AR-15’s etc. has been extended until October 25, 2025. Just after the next Federal election. This Amnesty Order encompasses the firearms banned by the May 1, 2020 Order in Council. Hopefully this is good news for the shooting community.
Congratulations to members, Dawne Deeley, Rob Engh and Warren Zieper who have recently returned from the European Handgun Championship in Corinth, Greece. It sounds like everyone had a great time and the match was well run.
IPSC BC is now accepting dates for matches for 2024, I still don’t know if AFGC will be able to hold any due to the lack of our clubhouse being completed.
