Well the summer

is over and a lot of club members are getting ready to go on their fall hunting excursions so the outdoor range has been very busy with everyone sighting in their rifles. Corrections Canada is back for the fall so the outdoor range is closed again until 3:30 pm on weekdays for all of the club members to shoot

As a club, we are having a work bee on the second Sunday of every month from 8:00 am until noon with coffee and lunch served to all who come out. Last work bee, the exterior of the building was pressure washed, rocks picked up and raked in the outdoor range, target backers repaired and 11 new lines were painted on the floor of the indoor range. Thanks to all who came out and helped with these jobs-its great to see new faces out each time!!!! The next work bee will be on Sunday, November 8th at 8 am Come out and help out at the club!!

Just a friendly reminder—ALL BRASS (including 22 shells) must be picked up in the outdoor range and we still have people using our target backers (and obliterating them in no time) to do patterning with their shotgun Bring your own stands and backers or targets if you want to shoot shotgun!!!! Thanks

The creek bed was retrenched this summer so hopefully we will not have any trouble with flooding this winter. Blackberry bushes, old fencing materials, and a tree along the road by the archery range were also removed at the same time.

Happy and successful hunting trips to all!!!!!!!
