Well looks like the sunshine has finally arrived and people are taking advantage of it – I know I for one am glad to see an end to all the rain we have been getting.
We had a very small turn-out yesterday at the workbee no doubt partially due to the sunshine and warm weather but we did manage to get a few things dome – we managed to get a bunch of new target backers built and Lorne managed to get the sand spread for the pond. Next time we need more volunteers for sure as we had no time left to rake the ranges or do any actual range clean-up. Thanks to those who came out to help.
Since we are now in the “NEW MEMBERSHIP YEAR” make sure that you have renewed your membership before heading to the club to do any shooting – the door codes have changed. If you do not have a RED sticker on your card your membership is no longer valid and needs to be renewed.
The new system is geared to on-line payments – you can still renew in person but you will need to make an appointment with Ross and his team to do so. You can also print off a copy of the invoice you received and mail it to the club with your presonal cheque – please include any changes to your personal information as well.
If you have not yet renewed or have not received an invoice by e-mail you will need to contact Ross at – www.membership@abbotsfordfishandgameclub.org to make an appointment to renew in person – this is only available on Saturdays and not necessarily every Saturday.
