Notice is hereby given to all members for the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the Abbotsford Fish and Game Club will be held on:

Thursday, April 2nd, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.

Snacks and refreshments will be served.

Only members of the society are eligible to attend and participate in the meeting according to the by-laws of the society. No proxy attendance or voting will be allowed.

All resolutions that wish to be addressed at the AGM must be submitted online using the link below no later than Wednesday, March 4th 2026.

The following positions are up for nomination:

  • Vice President
  • Treasurer
  • Membership
  • Director at Large (5 positions)

Nominations are to be submitted online no later than Thursday, March 19th, 2026.

Notice of Special Resolution to amend the Bylaws of Abbotsford Fish and Game Club. This resolution will be presented at the Annual General Meeting of the Abbotsford Fish and Game Club to be held on April 2, 2025, at 7:00 pm at Abbotsford Fish and Game Club, 41611 Lakemount Road, Abbotsford, BC.

WHEREAS it was recommended that the Abbotsford Fish and Game Club amend their bylaws to allow for a new class of membership. This class of membership shall be NON-VOTING.

BE IT RESOLVED
At the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Abbotsford Fish and Game Club, the bylaws be amended as follows.
