Another great ATS day on Sunday!

Went back to the basics and practiced all three platforms.
Started with accuracy practice, then added basic movements with transition to secondary, switching between strong and weak sides.
Finished the day with the four-box drills.

We are looking at getting at least a couple of courses booked still for this year.

On a sad news, Claude Murdoch, the Chairman, the Director and the greatest ATS instructor of the ATS Subclub has passed away on May 31st. ATS team will always remember him! Rest in peace my friend!
