As many members are probably aware, the purchase of Binary Explosive Targets in Canada has now been approved.
It has been discussed at the General Meeting that these targets, commonly known as Tannerite, Shockwave, etc. will not be allowed for use by the general membership on the range due to their destructive nature and potential damage to the range and/or injury to members as well as causing a large disturbance to the neighbours.
There may be provisional allowances for these targets to be approved for special events only with the approval of the Board of Directors.
