Due to many inquiries from members, we have made some advancements to our billing system. We have added a new feature that allows you to securely store your credit card information for automatic membership renewal.
Your credit card can be safely stored with our credit card payment processor through a secure connection on our website. This means when your AGFC membership comes up for renewal it can automatically be charged to the credit card on file and you won’t run the risk of forgetting to renew and having your membership lapse only to be put at the bottom of our wait list. Please note, at no time will your credit card information be stored by Abbotsford Fish and Game Club, it will only be accessible by our current payment processor.
This new feature is of course optional. If you don’t choose to take advantage of it, then payments are still your responsibility to be made before May 1st. We still accept cheques mailed well in advance so that they arrive in time and in-person payments as we always have done.

What happens next?
You will receive your renewal email in late March as you always have. If you have done the above and decided for automatic renewal you will get a reminder in April that your credit card will be charged on May 1. Then on that date the transaction will be completed.
Please remember that this is all optional but we highly recommend it so that your renewal in not forgotten.
