On behalf of the research team I wanted to express our sincere thanks to AFGC for your ongoing and past support of the Cassiar Stone’s sheep project and I wanted to offer another update from our 2019 efforts.

We continue to collect and analyze the data and have been able to report out a bit on successes and learnings so far, but there’s lots more to come!  We had great success in wrapping up some attribute data for selected natal sites and lambing event timing, and the greatest news so far continues to be… No Movi detected in any of our sheep from the Cassiar and Jade-Boulder populations!
