We are so close to taking full occupancy of the clubhouse I can almost taste it! It looks so good and we are so excited for when we can open the doors to our members to see! You may have also noticed the new sign on the front of the building, it’s just amazing to finally see that up.

Range 4 is still an ongoing issue as I’m sure everyone has noticed, we are still waiting on the engineer to provide us with the stamped drawings for the fix. This is taking much longer than expected and we are constantly in contact with both the engineer and the contractor in regards to this.
