Only members of the society are eligible to attend and participate in the meeting according to the by-laws of the society. No proxy attendance or voting will be allowed.
All resolutions that wish to be addressed at the AGM must be submitted online using the link below no later than Thursday, March 21st, 2024.
There are five 2-year Board of Director positions up for nomination. Board of Director Nominations are to be submitted online no later than March 31st, 2024.
