Due to the snowfall the night before, we had a late start on Sunday!
11am setup, med plan and four fundamental rules!
With probably a foot of snow on the ground, we went to the basics this ATS practice with accuracy shots on the paper adding basic movements with transition between strong and support hands.
Switched to the to the long semis and practiced basic movements for the rest of the day.
