I’m very happy to report that our first month back has been a great success. We built target backers and had mats donated. We really appreciate sharing the seacan space. Most of these youth had never pulled a trigger before, now most of them can safely and accurately hit our biathlon targets at 50m. On November 3rd 20 cadets got to shoot. November 10 (the night before Remembrance Day) we only had 7 out. November 17th was our busiest day yet with 34 cadets. 26 cadets on November 24th. December 1st should be our biggest night yet with 5 units coming together to practice.
Thank you once again for supporting youth shooting sports.

THAT’S SUCH FANTASTIC NEWS ELIZABETH ABOUT THE LARGE NUMBER OF KIDS SHOWING UP AND ENJOYING THE BIATHLON. I COMPETED IN THE SUMMER & WINTER BIATHLON WHEN I WAS YOUNGER AND THE CADET PROGRAM HELPED ME TO ADVANCE IN MY CAREER AND IN THE SHOOTING SPORTS. I EVEN MADE THE SILVER TOP PODIUM AT THE OLYMPIC TRIALS. ALL THE BEST. I STILL HAVE MY BIATHLON TRAINING RIFLE.
It’s great that these young cadets have such a great facility to practice, learn safe firearms handling & enjoy shooting.
