- General building maintenance and cleanup
- We noticed roof spackle falling off of the ceiling in the modular. We contacted two roofing companies for opinions and quotes on repairing it or replacing the whole roof. Clearbrook Roofing sent out an estimator and said that the roof is 24 years old and needs replacing and gave us a quote to put torch on roofing over the existing roof (which was the best and least expensive fix) We contacted the executive and were advised to wait a week for the other company to give us an estimate. They did not even show up so we were advised by Rob to get the roof replaced by Clearbrook Roofing. They will do the job in the next few weeks.
- Taylor Doors is coming this week to replace the doors on the ranges with commercial doors. They had a difficult time getting the paint to dry on the doors with the cold weather we have had but it is a go for them to finish the job.
- Purchased salt for the icy parking lot but it did not help the slippery situation (we tried to buy sand but that was impossible)- we just had to wait for the weather to warm up
- Had the kitchen fire suppression system annual service
- Emptied brass bins
- We are having the indoor range thoroughly cleaned by Mastercare Janitorial next week in preparation for the game supper
- Put a longer chain on the front gate so it is easier to lock/unlock from both sides
