We are still trying to catch up on any cleaning and maintence issues that have been over look for a while.

The ranges were stuck on lock down for a bit, we called Erling and he sent someone to take care of it. Erling came by the next day and went over the system with Dan. So Dan should be able to do a restart if the problem reoccurs.

To date we have done major cleaning in the boardroom, the ladies and men’s washrooms, the club house entry, cleaned and organized the utility room, cleaning supplies closet and trap house. All ranges have had a thoroughly swept.

There have been a few electrical issues Dan has taken care of, replacing ballasts and bulbs in the club house, range 3 ballast & bulb replaced on range light, also replace the glass on a range light in 4 .

Replaced latches on Range 2 & 3 sign in boxes.

We noticed that the fire extinguisher we due for recertification in July, we called Elite and had them come in. They will send a quote for certifying the kitchen suppression system, all the extinguishers are done.

We called for brass pick up and there was just shy of 900 lbs.

New chairs and new fridges were delivered.

Repaired the fence around the makeup air unit.

Extended deck at residence and stained all decks and steps.

Creek maintenance was done and range 2 was closed Aug 28 and 30. While the range was close we moved the broken pop machine out and pressure washed the range.

We are replacing target backers weekly, or as needed.

Empting the brass bins once or twice a week as needed.

Emptying garbage’s and general clean up every night.

Picking up shot gun wades weekly.

Mowing and watering as required.

Overall a busy and productive month.
