The PPC Sub-club held its last monthly match of 2023 on December 3rd, to close out our 40th year of PPC matches at Abbotsford Fish & Game club. The turnout was lower than normal, most likely due to the cold and substantial rain.
The year was very successful with our competitors accumulating multiple gold, silver and bronze individual medal standings and team medal standings. The accumulation of podium standings are rewarding, however, the comradery of getting together with old friends and meeting new friends at other matches throughout the year is especially rewarding.
We are looking forward to our 41st year in 2024 to being another strong year in representing our club in competitions locally, across Canada and the United States, as well as a possibility travelling to Europe for the World Championships.
We want to wish all members of Abbotsford Fish & Game, regardless of their preferred disciplines, a Merry Christmas and a Happy, healthy and safe 2024.
