The PPC club held its February monthly CPCA match on February 5th with 10 competitors attending.  We fired 2 – 150 round 1500 courses of fire followed by a 150 round 1500 duty pistol course of fire.

We are still in the throes of the latter parts of winter; however, the weather was decent enough for an enjoyable day on the range.

Some of our shooters are looking forward to a few major competitions this year which include the Ontario Provincial and Canadian National PPC championships being held in Dryden Ontario, the Washington State PPC championships and the North West Regional Championships being held at the Hanford Nuclear Patrol training facility in Richland Washington, the World Association 1500 PPC Championships in Switzerland and the Vancouver Island PPC championships in Victoria.

In place of a CPCA registered match in April we are reactivating our annual Easter fun match and continuing our annual December Christmas turkey fun matches.

Although our matches are CPCA registered/approved matches for shooters to submit their scores for classifications to CPCA and WA1500 shooters are also welcome to shoot for fun or practice alongside of the CPCA shooters

Shooters from Abbotsford F&G, as well as those from other clubs are welcome to participate in our monthly matches.
