Another month, another milestone reached for the club! This time it is our first shooter to complete all nine levels of the SFC Recreational Target Shooting patch! Well done Matius Henders for finishing off the Advanced Gold level this last week.
‘We’re coming into the winter and with that brings a stop to most of our provincial competitions. This give us an opportunity to potentially hold some workshops focusing in on particular skill development, or benchmarking current performance. If this is something of interest, please reach out via email and we can schedule something in.
Reminders:
- The only entrance to Range 1 is around the side across from the archery range. Look for the sign in the parking lot.
- There will be no club running on any holiday Mondays
- We welcome anyone interested in shooting, although we do ask that parents initially provide 1:1 supervision for anyone under 10 years old.
- The mandatory safety briefing starts sharply at 7pm.
- You do not require your PAL, as you can shoot under our supervision, so if you have friends interested in giving it a try, bring them along.
- We provide everything including eye and ear protection for all participants.
- Drop-in fees are changing!
- CASH payments are $5 for AFGC Members and $10 for non-members.
- CREDIT CARD or DEBIT CARD payments are $5.25 for members and $10.50 for non members to cover service fees.
Looking forward to seeing all of you out Monday nights!
