Many members are well aware that the Federal Government as well as many city jurisdictions are looking into proposing a handgun ban in Canada. Ranging anywhere from urban cities to right across the whole country.
But does it every feel like you don’t know what to ACTUALLY do about it? Do you feel like you’re preaching to the choir on social media? Do you feel like we’re being played against each other in a restricted vs. non-restricted game of divide and conquer. Let’s remember the last time this happened with the Swiss Arms Gun Amnesty only four years ago!
Would you like to tell your politicians how you really feel, but don’t know where to start? Check out the website below that has put together a series of fillable form letters that you can send off to the PM and other MP’s to let them know you DO NOT support this assault on our sport and personal freedoms.
Go to http://www.nogunbancanada.ca read the page, download the letters and send them off in the mail for free. Fill up their mailboxes with paper to show you do not agree to imposing laws that have no effect on gang violence in Canada.
Your club depends on members to stand united against anything that imposes on our sport, whether it involves handguns, rifles, shotguns, and even bows.
If we make hand guns illegal or any guns
Only the gangs and criminals will have guns
That is scary
Well, we’ve reached that point I always dread when the Jack Booted faction of the Liberal Party (that would be the majority of them) are in charge again. They don’t even need a gun related incident to send them down this well worn false path. They really seem to believe their own propaganda.
Look for more to come from them Ladies and Gentlemen………..
This article published in the National Post on September 5 gives an analysis and presents one perspective. Thought that it might be of interest.

Doesn’t help when the public is fed false information either.
