Been a bit slow at Steel lately, the smoke and weather seems to keep people at home as well a lot of regulars traveling to big IPSC matches last month and again this month. We expect to get back up to normal numbers after labor day.

If you’ve ever looked at starting competition shooting with a pistol, or 22 rifle, Steel Challenge is a great place to start. Minimal gear is needed to get into it, just the gun and at least 5 mags (if you’re shooting 10 round mags), no holster, no mag pouches, just gun and mags and ammo. We provide plenty of coaching and a very welcoming environment.

All age ranges can come join in as well, from young kids to any of our older members, you can also attend with a variety of physical limitations and very few stages require movement during the actual shooting. So long as you can hold your gun safely we can help you get started!
