August has been a big month for the Trap club. We have experienced an increase in memberships and practice night turnouts over the last three months, which is why it is a shame that the practice nights will be concluded September 10th . The new board was finally made by Pat Trap and was shipped out for the flood damaged mache rebuild. The new patches are on order and will be completed within the next 17 days, and we are in the process of ordering reloading materials and next year’s targets.

We had eight shooters at the August trophy shoot. The scores for both the trophy shoot and the interclub are posited below.

Trophy Shoot:

  • Individual Handicap -Raj Braich 22/25
  • 24-yard handicap Glen Renney 40/50
  • The 200-bird trophy was won by Glenn Renney 189/200 out of the 9 shooters that participated over 8 months

Interclub shoot at mission:

  • Ridgedale won the event with a score of 118
  • Mission places second with a score of 112
  • Abbotsford finished with a score of 109
  • Agassiz finished with a score of 100
  • Kevin Bretti won in the WSO
