March’s ATS attendance was down, as it corresponded with Thompson’s TacMatch shoot; a lot of the regulars use the ATS days for completion training, so it was no surprise. This year saw continued training and competition for the athletes of the Biathlon Sub Club. Another full house for the IPSC TC last weekend. There were 8 shooters in the class using an interesting mix of pistols, all in 9mm Luger; 1 Sig 226, 1 Baby Eagle, 4 Shadow 2s and 2 Shadows. 2016 was a busy year for the ATS group. Monthly shooter numbers were a consistent 8-12 per practice day, with the steel target arrays allowing a lot more trigger time on the platforms.
