AFGC Members,

We’ve been hard at work over the past little while migrating to and implementing a new membership management system, and we’re excited to finally get it up and running!

The new system will make managing your membership easier, with features that allow you to:

  • Update your own contact and membership information
  • Add or remove family members from your membership
  • Update your payment information
  • View and print your membership certificates
  • And more!

What you need to do

Within the few days, you’ll receive an email asking you to log in and create a new password. When you receive it, please follow the link, sign in, and take a few minutes to review the information we have on file for you and anyone included on your membership.

Please check details such as:

  • Names
  • Email addresses
  • Phone numbers
  • Mailing address
  • Dates of birth
  • Membership type

We’ve done our best to carefully transfer everything from our old system, but with more than 13 years of membership records to work through, there may be a few details that didn’t make the transition exactly as they should have. Your review is an important part of making sure we have everything correct going forward.

If you notice anything that needs to be corrected, or if you don’t receive the email within the next couple of days, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can’t find it or need help, just contact us at membership@afgc.ca and we’ll be happy to help get things sorted out.
